What does RICE stand for? The name RICE was penned back in 2003 by Steve Chong and the Green Team to stand for 'RICE Inter-Church Evangelism'. Yes, indeed the 'R' stood for 'rice', a reference to the cultural heritage of the youth groups involved in the very first years of the RICE evangelistic events. Read more about our history [Here]

I've paid but I haven't received an email about how to find my ticket?

If you have paid via Paypal or Direct Deposit our guys behind the scenes need to approve your purchase from their end first. If you don't receive it after a day or two please email us at tickets@ricemovement.org

How do I access my ticket?

To access your tickets follow these three steps;

1. Visit http://store.ricemovement.org and login to your account.

2. Click on the 'My Account' link on the right hand side of the screen.

3. Click on the 'My Downloadable Products' link on the left (located in the list of links beneath the 'My Account' heading)

4. Click on the 'File' link at the end of the product description and your tickets will begin to download.

Why are my payments going to Halo or to 'mike@halomusic.com.au'?

The RICE Store is RICE's but the back end engines are powered by our awesome friends at The Halo Group http://www.halomusic.com.au/

How do I pick up my RICE Youth Glow-in-the-Dark T-shirt?

This item is pick up only at the RICE Youth Sydney event on 20th August 2011 at the Sydney Entertainment Centre, RYS Fundraiser Merchandise desk. Please note you MUST present your barcoded ticket as proof of purchase when picking up your order. If on the off chance you do not make it or you need someone else to pick it up for you then please ask very nicely by emailing the design team at design@riceyouth.org
